QQI consultation on new draft Awards Standards for Healthcare

QQI is currently conducting a consultation on newly developed draft Awards Standards for Healthcare.

These standards have been developed in collaboration with the Department of Health, the Health Service Executive, Health Information and Quality Authority, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, leading healthcare providers Skillnet, Maynooth University School of Education and sectoral subject matter experts.

We welcome your feedback as part of the consultation, which is open until 28 November 2025.
