Access Officer

Section 26 of the Disability Act, 2005 requires each public body to nominate at least one member of staff to act as Staff Access Officer to arrange and co-ordinate the provision of assistance and guidance to people with disabilities in accessing its services.

The role of the Access Officer is to co-ordinate the provision of assistance and guidance to persons with disabilities in accessing QQI’s services. 

All other general customer queries relating to QQI’s services should be directed via QHelp or the contact details provided in the Contact us section.

QQI has appointed the person below as an Access Officer.
