Moving forward in the context of COVID

QQI was delighted to contribute to the recent launch of Next Steps in teaching and learning in Irish higher education by Simon Harris, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, on behalf of the National Forum for Teaching and Learning.
A wide range of partners were asked to consider the following question – 'In the context of COVID-19, what have we learnt and what does it mean for the future of teaching and learning in Irish higher education?'
QQI produced two insights as part of the Next Steps Insights Collection:
- QQI Insight on Assessment 2021 - key findings from a series of informal soundings from Further Education and Training, Higher Education and Professional, Statutory or Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs) in 2021.
- QQI Insight on Higher Education Quality and Qualifications 2021 –the importance of systems thinking when looking for opportunities to enhance higher education.
