QQI will host its third annual quality enhancement showcase on 4 December 2025 at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, featuring selected case studies from the 2025 annual quality reports.

This in-person event will bring together colleagues from public and private higher education institutions to reflect on emerging themes and share innovative practice through a diverse range of practical case studies featuring advances in teaching and assessment, digital transformation, student engagement and quality enhancement practices.

A key focus of this year’s event is the role of GenAI in quality assurance, with a keynote from Rachel Koblic, former Chief Learning Officer at Matter and Space and co-author of EDUCAUSE’s AI in Higher Education series. Rachel brings deep expertise in learning design and technology leadership, exploring how AI is transforming personalised, future-ready learning experiences.

QQI will also share insights from pilot projects using GenAI for thematic analysis.

In addition, international colleagues from NCQAA in Qatar will outline their journey as the region’s youngest QA agency, highlighting the design and revision of accreditation standards and the role of student involvement across public and private HEIs.
