Are you evaluating UK legacy, pre-framework, or ‘uncommon’ qualifications from the UK? NARIC Ireland recommends getting confirmation and advice on the qualification's standing from UK ENIC, the United Kingdom's national information centre for international qualifications and skills.
Qualification holders can request an evaluation of their qualification through the UK ENIC website. Wherever possible, you will receive a UK Qualification Reference Statement which features detailed information about your award and the relevant UK institution. (Please note: this is a chargeable service.)
NARIC Ireland also publishes 102 Comparability Statements from the UK on our free online database. Qualifications are clearly referenced to the Irish National Framework of Qualifications.
