Re-engagement describes the process by which education and training providers whose quality assurance (QA) was agreed with HETAC or FETAC prior to 2012 are now required to demonstrate how their governance and QA systems meet with QQI quality assurance guidelines.
At the most recent Programme and Awards Executive Committee (PAEC) meeting held on Thursday 8 April, QQI approved the quality assurance procedures of three providers who successfully completed this re-engagement process:
- The Defence Forces School of Catering
- Chris Mee Safety Engineering
- Techno Training
The Committee would like to extend their congratulations to all involved.
