Finding Common Ground event for PSRBs (closed session)

The next Finding Common Ground event will take place virtually on 30 August from 10:30-12:00.
The session will be chaired by Professor David Croke, Emeritus Professor and former Director of RCSI's Quality Enhancement Office. The focus of the session will be on qualifications and items for discussion include:
- A reintroduction to the QQI-hosted NARIC recognition service by QQI's Head of International Mobility and Prior Learning, Andrina Wafer. Andrina will outline NARIC's remit and provide details of work ongoing to support the recognition of Ukrainian qualifications.
- An overview of work ongoing to establish of a QQI policy and process for ‘listed awarding bodies’ by QQI's Senior Manager for Qualifications, Órla Barry.
- Progress updates on the:
- National Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Initiative from the project lead, Grace Edge.
- MicroCreds National Project from Director of MicroCreds, Dr Lynn Ramsey.
- An introduction to the new Irish Quality and Qualifications Forum.
