Our new information leaflet ‘QQI – Who we are and what we do’ is now available online. The leaflet gives an overview of our services and the various national and international organisations that we work with.
It is the first in a series of information leaflets on topics such as quality assurance, qualifications, the NFQ and International Education that will be published in the coming months.
We are happy to say that the leaflet has been awarded NALA’s plain English mark. Plain English is a way of presenting information that helps someone understand it the first time they read or hear it.
When you use plain English, you:
• use clear, concise and accurate language,
• order your points logically, including only necessary detail, and
• use clean design to make your writing more attractive and easier to follow.
The NALA Plain English mark is awarded to organisations who use English in a clear and concise way making their publications accessible to a greater number of readers. You can find out more about Plain English on NALA's Simplyput website.
